The bike voucher, how does it work?
The bike voucher is a solution that allows organisations to buy a bicycle for their employees by creating the least possible work load. The employees, on their part, can benefit from all the services of our shop and choose among our vast range of bikes. Here's how it works:
1. Send an email to info@goodbikes.be telling us you want to purchase a bike voucher. The email should contain the name of the company, the name of the employee for which the voucher is meant, your VAT number (if applicable), your address and the amount of the voucher.
2. We send you our bank details so that you can transfer the adequate amount. Once the payement is received, we send you the voucher which you can print and give to your employee and a credit note.
3. The employee comes with the voucher to the shop, chooses his/her bike, equipement, etc...
4. We send you a detailed bill under your company's name.
There you go, you just gave an a company bike to your employee almost effortlessly and by utilizing the least possible resources! Also, it's good to know that bikes and gear can be deducted from your taxes at 120% and employees are not taxed on the bike they receive (Click here for more info)
